The pool is designed to maximize both space and leisure. With a size of 450 square feet and a max depth of 5.5 feet, the collection has room for everyone. In addition, a sun shelf is large enough for full-sized lounge chairs, and a scupper water feature gives the right ambiance to your outdoor activities.
A spacious cabana just off the shallow end of the pool. This cabana was designed as a building with a family on vacation in mind. Custom weather-resistant outdoor cabinets with a lot of storage capacity, granite countertops, and a built-in gas grill make it perfect for outdoor cooking. Under the TV wall, there is a pass-through for firewood storage designed for a future firepit.
Cathedral ceiling above the living room and the custom wall and bench at the stairs – Meticulously crafted woodwork was performed by a master carpenter to make the family room a cathedral ceiling worthy of its name. A uniquely designed stair wall with a built-in dining bench adds character and practicality to this open living area.
This home was built for a family who loves to spend time outside in a big, fenced-in grass yard with a pool to get wet in and a cabana to cook and entertain. The fully custom cabinetry, woodwork, and tile make this home a clean, low-maintenance, yet cozie beach home. The home’s exterior is a beautiful combination of custom woodwork, reliable Hardie siding, and an acrylic-based, smooth-finished stucco specifically suited for the local climate.
