His Start and Career
Kris, son of Tony Grahame, has been around construction since he was old enough to use a broom to clean up his dad’s job sites.
Professionally, as a superintendent or project manager, he has been building since October 2015. He has built over 160 homes from start to finish over his career. In addition, he has managed one or more phases or assisted with, 30 or more homes. He has done many different types of builds ranging from energy-efficient full basement homes in Denver Colorado to 3 story beach homes on pilings in Florida. (25 homes in Colorado).

Passion
I enjoy working with customers to build the home they envisioned for their family to enjoy for years. I get satisfaction in building homes to the highest building standards. I love the fact that building science is constantly evolving, and we can build better and better homes every day. I enjoy educating homeowners about their new homes, how everything works and I especially enjoy giving them a sense of confidence that their home is well built and is built to last.
Family
Originally from Athens, GA, Kris, his wife, and three children have lived in Freeport, FL, for ten years. He played baseball in junior college and earned his AA degree in Business from Northwest Florida State. He continued his education by taking construction courses and earning various certificates in this field. Then, following in his father’s and older brother’s footsteps, he started building houses in the Santa Rosa Beach area. He and his wife enjoy taking their kids to the beach, going hiking, swimming, camping, watching their kids do gymnastics, coaching soccer and baseball, and spending time with their large family, who all live close.
